All online orders must be paid with a credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
In order to make purchases online at kimberlybaker.com you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. Your billing address must match the billing address of the credit card used for purchase.
Most orders will ship within 5 business days; however, at times certain items are in high demand and will unfortunately be on backorder. If you need your jewelry in a hurry please contact us and we will be able to let you know if an item can ship immediately.
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Your jewelry will come in a black box with the Kimberly Baker Jewelry logo and a silver ribbon. If you are sending the jewelry as a gift please let us know so we can include a gift card instead of a receipt.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated ship date. When your order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information for your package. You can track your package at ups.com
